  • Festival Hours 10am – 9 pm
  • Check-in and set up times –
    • Friday, 6-8pm
    • Saturday, 7-10am

Booths are also available for Non-Profit organizations at a reduced price.

The commercial booth portion of the Festival will be held inside the 4H building and surrounding outside areas. Designated parking is adjacent to the 4H building.

Check-in inside the 4-H building.   You will be shown your booth location at that time.

Please unload in your designated area and park your vehicle north of the 4-H building in reserved vendor parking, then return to continue set up keeping the aisles clear for others to unload as well.    We supply ONLY space outside, the vendor is responsible for weighing canopies, it does get windy.

Electricity is ONLY available inside the 4-H building.  It is NOT air conditioned, however, there is usually good air flow.  Booth must be manned through-out the event.
